Nobody knew but I wanted to give up on flags because I was discouraged with my weight and tired... well here you come and your tell me it's okay mind you, you didn't even know but you were like" just breathe take a second to just breathe you're okay. It's okay to get hot, just breathe" And you gave some pointers on how to just take it easy right after ministering. You sowed a seed that I won't ever forget... JUST BREATHE I'm humbled and thank you.
